Shipments usually take approximately 4 to 6 business days after finalizing your purchase. Once you agree, a tracking will be sent to your email with the shipping details and with your respective guide number, transport company and other information to track your order.

We do refunds only for defective purchases  of the product. In the event that this situation should happen, you must contact us by email or by any official communication channel of Afrika Estudio and provide us with information about your order. If it is determined that for any reason our company did not make the shipment we will refund the money. We are not responsible for loss of the product by the transport company.
